Bell Building Projects was commissioned to undertake cladding remediation works at Tradewinds, a residential block at Wards Wharf Approach, Docklands, London. The £979k project, completed over 20 weeks, involved removing and reinstalling the existing Terra Cotta façade cladding and its supporting framework. Additionally, we replaced the existing phenolic insulation board and membrane with Stamisol insulation and sheathing board, upgraded to Euroclass A2 standard.

This project, managed in collaboration with the client Urang and contract administrator FRC, ensured the building met current safety and compliance standards. The successful execution of this complex task demonstrated our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
