Montana House – Manchester

At Montana House, 136 Princess Street, Manchester, M1 7AF, we undertook a comprehensive cladding remediation project on a residential block consisting of 62 flats. This significant endeavor involved a range of complex tasks aimed at upgrading the building’s external façade and enhancing its overall safety profile.

This project exemplifies our dedication to improving building safety and protecting
residents, particularly in light of past incidents that have underscored the critical need for robust fire safety measures in high-rise buildings. These incidents have highlighted vulnerabilities and the necessity for stringent safety standards to prevent similar
occurrences. Recognizing these concerns, we approached the Montana House project with a
commitment to implementing the highest standards of safety and quality.
