Bell Building Projects was commissioned by the owners of West Coast Harley Davidson to convert a former bathroom and tiles showroom into a high-spec showroom for Triumph motorcycles at Hillington Industrial Estate, Glasgow. Leveraging our extensive experience in delivering vehicle showrooms, we undertook a comprehensive overhaul of the building exterior, including new cladding and glazing. The interior was completely transformed to create a salesroom and workshop, inclusive of mechanical and electrical installations, under a full Design and Build (D&B) contract. The £340,000 project was completed over a 12-week period under the JCT D&B 2016 contract, with Bell Building Projects Ltd leading the design team. The successful completion of this project demonstrated our expertise in delivering high-quality, tailored commercial spaces, meeting the client’s specifications and expectations.
