Bell Building Projects is making great progress at the Echo Building in Sunderland, where we’re delivering essential fire remediation works on this 11-storey residential block, home to 180 apartments.
Scope of works includes:
🔹 Removal of the existing perimeter fascia
🔹 Installation of additional steel supports and new fascia panels
🔹 Removal of combustible spandrel panels
🔹 Installation of cavity barriers at floor slab level
🔹 Installation of new non-combustible vertical spandrel panels
With residents in situ throughout the programme, our dedicated Resident Liaison Officer is working closely with occupants to provide regular updates and support. BBP has extensive experience in delivering complex remediation projects in occupied buildings, with minimal disruption to those living and working on site.
