Bell Building Projects Ltd has been appointed by FR Consultants to carry out cladding remediation works at Endeavour House, Salford – a six-storey apartment block with five floors of residential accommodation above undercroft car parking.
The project involves the removal of combustible High Pressure Laminate (HPL) cladding panels and timber balconies, which will be replaced with non-combustible materials rated to Euroclass A2-s1, d0 and A2fl standards.
We’ll also be installing cavity barriers at vertical and horizontal compartment boundaries and around all openings – key components in enhancing fire safety compliance.
