We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Persimmon Homes and Gleeds on the Bond Building project in Edinburgh. Bell Building Projects has been engaged under the initial Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to develop a design ahead of the main contract works.
At a recent residents’ meeting, we shared our approach and demonstrated the non-combustible materials that will replace the current cladding, providing residents with a first-hand look at the safety enhancements.

We are moving forward with a comprehensive plan, and internal upgrades will be addressed in the stage 2 tender process. This meticulous approach underlines our commitment to quality and resident safety at every stage of the project.
