We’re delighted to welcome Luke Anders-Lynch to Bell Building Projects Ltd as our new Business Development Manager, based out of our Manchester office and supporting projects nationwide.
Luke brings with him over eight years of construction industry experience, specialising in the delivery of business growth strategies for technical services – most recently focused on façade surveys and associated remediation works. His work has spanned a wide range of sectors and clients, developing new business pipelines and helping organisations take specialist services to market.
🗓️ What does a typical day look like for Luke?
His mornings start with reviewing and responding to emails, ensuring no opportunity goes unnoticed. From there, it’s onto meetings, client calls, and structured follow-ups – all with the aim of generating qualified tender opportunities for the BBP team.
🤝 What does he enjoy most about the role?
“The opportunity to build relationships with both internal teams and prospective clients. I’m really looking forward to working with an established principal contractor like BBP and contributing to its growth.”
