Bell Building Projects Ltd is delighted to confirm our appointment as Principal Contractor for the replacement of non-compliant cladding at Montana House, Princess Street in Manchester.
We will replace ACM, cavity barriers and, insulation to the occupied building with works anticipated as being completed by April 2022.
This project is one of a number being remediated by us as part of the MHCLG supported fund with forthcoming projects in London, Manchester, and Southampton. More of that to follow shortly.
