Bell Building Projects Ltd is delighted to confirm our appointment as Principal Contractor for the replacement of non-compliant cladding at Fresh Apartments, Chapel Street in Manchester.
We will replace ACM cladding, timber cladding and render to the occupied building with works anticipated as being completed by April 2022.
This project is the third being remediated by us as part of the MHCLG supported fund with forthcoming projects in London, Manchester and Southampton. More of that to follow shortly.
