Bell Building Projects Ltd is delighted to confirm our appointment as Principal Contractor for the replacement of non-compliant cladding at Express Network 2, Connect Building, Henry Street in Manchester.
We will replace zinc cladding, cavity barriers and, insulation to the occupied building with works anticipated as being completed by March 2022.
This project is the fourth being remediated by us as part of the MHCLG supported fund with forthcoming projects in London, Manchester, and Southampton. More of that to follow shortly.
