On-Site Progress at Castle Wharf & Malt House!
We’re excited to share a snapshot of our current stage at the Castle Wharf & Malt House project in Bristol. Our scaffolding and Monarflex are fully set up, ready for the demolition strip-out phase. What makes this project even more unique is that we floated these scaffold materials up the river on a barge—an efficient and environmentally conscious approach to site logistics.
In addition to our ongoing work at Castle Wharf & Malt House, we’ve been instructed to begin PCSA works on a third building on that development, The Cask Store.
As part of this vital project, we’re focusing on cladding remediation in occupied residential buildings. This involves the removal and replacement of existing cladding systems with safer, non-flammable alternatives, including updates to brickwork, metal cladding, timber cladding, and timber decking.
Safety and quality are our top priorities as we work to create a secure living environment for all residents. Stay tuned for more updates as we progress!
