Progress is strong at Ropewalk Court in Nottingham, a residential development undergoing cladding remediation.
Phase 1 is now at 75% completion, with works including the removal of combustible materials and balcony decking, with installation of fire barriers and new non-combustible decking systems to ensure enhanced fire safety standards across the building.
Operating as Principal Contractor across the occupied scheme, we’ve coordinated phased sequencing to minimise disruption while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards throughout execution. Phase 2 is currently progressing through the Gateway 2 approval process.
