We’re pleased to announce Michelle Whitehead’s promotion to Lead Resident Liaison Officer at Bell Building Projects.
Resident Liaison Officers play an important role across our projects, supporting residents, clients and site teams throughout the works and helping to keep communication clear at every stage.
Michelle’s new role will strengthen this support even further, helping to bring greater consistency, shared knowledge and structure across our growing RLO team.

“As the team grows, it’s important we have support and structure in place. Michelle brings a lot of experience as an RLO from both her time with BBP and previous roles, and will support with onboarding new starters into the business, sharing knowledge across the regions and providing the team with a point of contact and additional support when required”.
