We’re progressing into the construction phase at Trinity Wharf, Hull, where we’ve been appointed by Wainwrights and Pure Block Management to deliver cladding remediation works across 4 residential blocks.
With works now being finalised ahead of site mobilisation, our focus is on delivering a safe and efficient programme across this fully occupied development of 69 apartments.
Our scope includes the remediation of timber cladding, decking, spandrels and brickwork. To support programme efficiency and reduce disruption to residents, the Injectaclad system will be utilised within the brickwork areas.
A dedicated Resident Liaison Officer will be in place throughout the works, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process for residents from start to completion.
