We’re in week 17 of a 34-week programme at Soar House and progress is strong.
Working on behalf of Letters Management, with @facaderemedialconsultants as Contract Administrator, Bell Building Projects is delivering a cladding remediation scheme that includes removing existing timber slats, installing Siderise fire barriers, fitting a new Cedral Click façade system, and replacing the existing decking with Alideck.
On site, we’re ahead of plan: the first elevation is complete, the third is due to finish this week, and scaffold removal will follow in sequence. The second elevation is progressing well, with cladding, decking and soffits advancing to programme.
We’re proud of the momentum on this project and look forward to sharing more updates as we work towards completion in week 34.
