We are proud to announce our engagement in the façade remediation project at The Decks in Runcorn, in collaboration with our client, Taylor Wimpey. With extensive experience in managing projects within occupied buildings, we are well-equipped to enhance the fire safety of this six-block residential development while ensuring minimal disruption to the residents.
The remediation involves the installation of advanced, fire-resistant materials such as Rockpanel Cladding Boards and Cedral Click fibre cement Cladding. These materials are chosen for their durability and compliance with stringent fire safety regulations, significantly improving the longevity and safety of the buildings.
We are dedicated to maintaining a clean and quiet environment throughout the project’s duration. Effective dust and noise control measures will be put in place to minimise inconvenience, reflecting our meticulous planning and respect for the community’s daily life. The project is scheduled for completion in February 2026, with all site activities carefully timed to accommodate the residents’ comfort and routines.
Our in-house Resident Liaison Officers are essential in facilitating ongoing communication, ensuring residents are well-informed of the progress and promptly addressing any concerns.
