  • Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, and company procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits to promote a positive safety culture.
  • Monitor project progress against programme, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are maintained throughout all stages of construction.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, plant requirements, and site logistics to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, utility providers, local authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Manage temporary works and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved designs and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, permits, inspections, and quality assurance documentation.
  • Oversee snagging and defect rectification activities to ensure successful project completion.
  • Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and cost control activities in conjunction with the wider project team.
  • Support the preparation and completion of project handover documentation.
