The works allowed for the repairs and re-cladding to E1 Waterside which is a residential tower block in Central London. Works included the strip off and removal of the existing cladding and associated support structure and cavity barriers.

Supply and installation replacement of various cladding types (Valcan, Cedral Timber and Copper) with associated support system and cavity fire barriers. Associated works also carried out included services disconnections and carefully releasing of existing control panels, CCTV cameras and the like to allow the replacement cladding to be installed, re-fitted on completion.
