At City Gate 1, 2, & 3, residential tower blocks in Central Manchester, we undertook extensive cladding remediation works. This project involved the removal of existing cladding, support structures, and cavity barriers, followed by the installation of various new cladding types with updated support systems and cavity fire barriers.

Additionally, we handled services disconnections and carefully removed and reinstalled control panels, CCTV cameras, and other equipment to facilitate the cladding replacement.
