Project Update – Trinity Wharf, Hull

Progress is strong at Trinity Wharf, Hull, a four-storey residential block comprising of 70 apartments.

Operating as Principal Contractor on behalf of Wainwrights for Pure Block Management, Bell Building Projects is delivering a comprehensive façade remediation scheme focused on improving fire safety and replacing combustible materials.

Works include the installation of the Injectaclad fire and cavity barrier system, removal of the existing timber cladding and replacement with non-combustible Cedral Click, alongside structural repairs and new fascia and soffit installations.

The existing timber cladding has now been removed, with works progressing to the Injectaclad system across the inner courtyard and Church Lane elevations. Design approvals are also progressing ahead of the next stages of the façade works.

A key consideration throughout the project has been maintaining access to the inner courtyard and residential parking within a busy city-centre environment. Careful sequencing, regular communication and agreed parking arrangements have allowed works to progress while maintaining access for residents.
