Works are progressing well at Spring Street, Hull, a residential development comprising 72 apartments across four- and five-storeys.
Working on behalf of Wainwrights for Pure Block Management, Bell Building Projects is delivering a major façade remediation scheme involving the removal of existing render and cladding system and the installation of a new fire-rated façade solution.
The works include:
• Fire-rated CP board installation
• Fire and cavity barriers
• Fast Frame aluminium support system
• New Rockpanel façade system
Current activity is focused on installing Y-wall sheathing board, associated membranes and the Fast Frame support system, while the removal of the original façade continues on the gable elevation adjacent to Spring Street.
As this project is being delivered in a live residential environment, our dedicated Resident Liaison Officer continues to work closely with residents throughout the programme, ensuring clear communication and support at every stage.
