Job description
We are seeking a skilled individual to work under the direction of our Site Manager, assisting with the day-to-day operations on our construction sites, ensuring optimal performance in terms of budget adherence, quality control, and project timelines, while prioritising site safety and security. This position is based on a project in Portland, a large scale re-clad scheme consisting of removal of existing external combustible insulation and render system and replacement with non-combustible materials.
Duties include
- General site duties
- Working under the direction of our Site Manager
- Recording daily work force output levels
- Being an integral part to daily meetings
- Carrying out daily safety plant and scaffold checks
- Managing and maintaining material levels
Requirements and skills
- Experience on recladding projects
- SSSTS/ First Aid
- Experience using an on-site QA system such as Procore, PlanRadar etc.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- 2 x recent references
- A strong knowledge of render systems.
