The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence and supporting the promotion of our projects and services. You will be responsible for developing high-quality marketing materials, managing our digital and social media presence, and coordinating the preparation of project case studies, tender visuals, and client communications. You will ensure all marketing outputs are produced to a consistent, professional standard while actively supporting brand development, client engagement, and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare case studies for completed projects in a consistent format, updating and refining as needed.
- Work closely with project teams to highlight current developments.
- Ensure completion photography and/or drone footage is captured for completed projects.
- Create engaging content for social media, the company website, newsletters, circulars, and other communication channels.
- Prepare capability documents and promotional materials for the business offerings in a consistent format.
- Lead, develop, and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and awareness.
- Prepare reports for directors outlining short-, medium-, and long-term brand awareness and enhancement strategies.
- Review, update, and enhance the company’s brand guidelines as required.
- Analyse marketing performance and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters and maintain active social media presence.Collect feedback and letters of commendation from Employers and design consultants.
Requirements and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally within the construction, engineering, or professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality case studies, capability documents, and presentation materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and general digital content management.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and content streams.
- Creative, proactive, and confident working both independently and collaboratively with project teams and senior management.
- Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for producing visual marketing content is an advantage.
- Familiarity with photography, videography, or drone footage coordination (desirable but not essential).
