Cladding Remediation project at E1 Waterside

Bell Building Projects Ltd is delighted to confirm the handover of our Cladding Remediation project at E1 Waterside, 1 Wapping High Street in London.

Please take a moment to view our presentation video which showcases the project.

As part of our works, we replaced ACM, copper and, cedral cladding, cavity barriers and flat roofing. A hugely challenging project, not least because of the numerous facade finishes, building configuration, live environment, and complex balcony arrangement. The balcony arrangement was disassembled, removed off-site, polyester powder coated, and then reassembled on-site aligned with the cladding reinstatement sequence.

Our sincere thanks to Gary Lyle of Thomasons UK for his stewardship and patience and, of course, to the residents of the building who now have a safe and complete structure to call home.

Finally, to LCM Media, Scott Walker and Yasmine Walker for capturing the media magic once again and really doing this wonderful building and project justice.
