McAlpine Plumbing Products are a very successful UK based business that started making plumbing products in 1902. They were the first company in the UK to manufacture plastic traps in 1957 and currently export their products to over 80 countries worldwide. In order to allow for planned business expansion, Bell Building Projects were engaged to build a new 2 storey extension to the existing building to create some new office and staff facilities whilst increasing the production space , without impacting on the current operation.
This was delivered through a Design and Build route where Bell Building Projects were engaged at an early stage to develop clients plans and ensure the overall outcomes were achieved.
This includes for full Architectural, Structural Design and the M&E elements. The works were carried out in a live environment and the business operation was not affected throughout the construction phase.
