We’re just under three months into Phase 1 of our façade remediation works at The Decks in Runcorn, and progress is looking fantastic.
Working on behalf of our client, Taylor Wimpey, Bell Building Projects is delivering a major cladding remediation scheme across this six-block residential development. So far, over 80% of combustible materials have been removed from Blocks 7 and 8, with new non-combustible materials now being installed.
As with all our projects in occupied buildings, resident communication remains a priority. Our in-house Resident Liaison Officers are working closely with tenants to keep them informed and supported throughout the works, ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum.
