Project Update – Jaquie Wood Cancer Centre, Dundee

Works are progressing well on the cladding and render replacement project at the Jacqui Wood Cancer Centre at the Ninewells Hospital Campus in Dundee, for our client, the University of Dundee.

Bell Building Projects (BBP) is leading the project to remove the existing failed cladding to reveal the metal lining sheets beneath. Our team is transforming the building envelope into a fully insulated and fire regulation-compliant exterior. This work is being carried out on a live scientific research centre, showcasing our commitment to safety and precision.

As we move into the final stages, the project is on track for completion within the next month. The full scaffold has been removed, fire remediation works are nearly complete, and the final coats of render are now being applied to the main elevations.

We will continue to provide updates as we conclude this important project, ensuring the Jacqui Wood Cancer Centre is a safe & compliant building.
