We’re pleased to announce our appointment by Wainwrights and Pure Block Management on the cladding remediation works at Trinity Wharf, Hull – a residential development comprising 4 blocks, 5 storeys and 69 apartments.
Our scope includes the remediation of timber cladding, decking, spandrels and brickwork. To minimise costs for the client – and most importantly to reduce programme time for the wellbeing of residents – we propose to utilise the Injectaclad system within the brickwork areas.
As the building will remain fully occupied throughout the works, a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer will be on site to support residents with updates, queries, and access needs, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption during the project.
