We’re pleased to have been appointed by Ramsay McMichael Consulting on behalf of the Co-owners to deliver structural and water damage reinstatement works at The Observatory, 88 Highburgh Road in Glasgow.
The programme includes replacing the existing cold roof with a warm roof and new rainwater goods, renewing the external wall envelope across the block, and removing and replacing the damaged internal finishes, services, fixtures, and fittings. We look forward to working closely with all affected stakeholders to deliver our works, aligned with the Client’s expectations.
