Bell Building Projects Ltd has been appointed under a PCSA by FR Consultants (FRC) to deliver a cladding remediation scheme at Gatehaus – an eleven-storey residential glass building with 142 occupied apartments and commercial space at ground floor.
Our PCSA paves the way for main works. The project will remove combustible elements across stonework, HPL, render and decking, reinstating compliant a1/a2-rated systems. We’ll also upgrade cavity barriers and closers at key junctions to strengthen fire compartmentation and compliance.
As a live, mixed-use building, works will be carefully phased to minimise disruption to residents and businesses. Our Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) team will provide clear communication and support throughout.
