We’re pleased to share that Bell Building Projects has been selected for the Castle Wharf & Malt House project in Bristol, in collaboration with FREML Residential. Our focus will be on the crucial task of cladding remediation in these occupied residential buildings.
Our role includes the removal and replacement of current cladding systems, from combustible materials to safer, non-flammable alternatives. The scope of work encompasses updating brickworks, metal cladding, timber cladding, and timber decking.
