We’re proud to be working once again with FR Consultants, this time at Brindley House in Salford – a five-storey apartment block with 60 homes and undercroft car parking.
Our scope includes the full removal of combustible HPL cladding, along with existing timber decking and joists to the balconies. These will be replaced with non-combustible alternatives in line with current safety standards – including Euroclass A2-s1, d0 and A2fl for balcony components.
We’ll also be fitting new cavity barriers throughout the building – vertically, horizontally, and around openings – to strengthen fire compartmentation.
As always, our team is experienced in delivering complex works in occupied buildings, and our Resident Liaison Officers will ensure tenants are kept informed and supported at every stage.
