Bell Building Projects has been appointed to deliver a comprehensive fire remediation scheme at Azure West in Plymouth.
The modern five-storey residential development comprises 58 apartments, made up of 2 and 3 bedroom homes. Following preliminary EWS1 surveys, combustible materials and insulation were identified within the external wall build-up.
Our works will involve the safe removal and replacement of materials identified within the FRAEW report, in line with the requirements of the Government’s Cladding Safety Scheme.
This project will see the building brought in line with current safety standards, ensuring a compliant and reliable external wall system.
Fire remediation isn’t just about meeting regulatory standards – it’s about doing the job properly and ensuring residents can have confidence in the safety of their building for years to come.
