Bell Building Projects Ltd is delighted to confirm our appointment as Principal Contractor for the replacement of dangerous cladding at City Gate Apartments 1, 2 and 3 in Manchester.
We will replace ACM cladding, render and spandrel panels to occupied buildings with works anticipated as being completed in January 2022.
This project is the second being remediated by us as part of the MHCLG supported fund with forthcoming projects in London, Manchester and Southampton. More of that to follow shortly.
