Bell Building Projects has been successfully appointed to the Metropolitan Housing Trust Remediation Works Contractor Framework.
The four-year framework will support MHT’s building remediation programme – primarily focused on fire and structural safety remediation to both the internals and externals of their housing stock across London and the South East.
It will also be accessible to other public sector organisations, including registered housing providers, councils, local authorities, and charities, enabling a wide range of partners to benefit from the framework’s expertise and resources.
We look forward to working collaboratively with Metropolitan Housing Trust and other framework partners to deliver safe, compliant, and sustainable buildings for residents and communities.
