In the latest episode of the BBPeople series, we hear from Ross Hunter, Commercial Director at Bell Building Projects.
Ross joined BBP in 2020 and now oversees commercial activities across the UK. In this short video, he talks about his journey into construction – from studying Quantity Surveying at Glasgow Caledonian University to progressing into a senior leadership role within the business.
But for Ross, the most rewarding part of the role is supporting the next generation. He is passionate about mentoring junior staff, helping them through their university studies and guiding them as they progress towards delivering projects independently.
It’s a great insight into the culture at BBP and the importance we place on developing people within the business.
